PYS stands for Pilates, Yoga and Strength. This course is great if you have recently delivered and want to get in shape and get help with alliviating pain in your back, neck and between your shoulderblades. Your child will be with you during class.
Through yoga we will warm up, stretch and work on our balance. Pilates helps us find our ab musculature, work on our control of the pelvic floor as well as our core stability. Through the use of carefully selected strength exercises we will also work our upper body and legs to reach all the important parts of the body.
