Welcome to an intruction to yoga!
Perhaps you´ve been curious about yoga, tried it once or twice, but never actually started your practice. Yoga means to unite, to unite the body and mind. To practice yoga is so much more than just an exercise. Of course it makes you more flexible and strong and you will be more aware of your body and increase your balance, but it´s also about getting in contact with your inner self, stilling the mind and all the thoughts that sometimes spin around in the head. When you practice yoga ongoing and get a guiding most people experience something positive, you become more calm, feeling stronger both physically and mentally. Of course you need to give yoga a chance and we are convinced that you need to do this with a yoga course together with a teacher that can guide you i every part of yoga and who also gets to know you.
In this course you will get an introduction to the world of yoga. We´ll do breathing exercises, movements och poses (asanas) from hatha yoga (classic physical yoga), some meditation and yoga philosophy, to give you different yoga tools to use in life. Every lesson ends with a guided relaxation/shavasana.
