Vi startade 2007 och har kurser f\u00f6r alla faser i livet och f\u00f6r alla niv\u00e5er, just f\u00f6r att var och en ska k\u00e4nna sig v\u00e4lkommen, sedd och utmanad. I fasta grupper d\u00e4r man bygger tillit och trygghet, d\u00e4r l\u00e4raren l\u00e4r k\u00e4nna en sj\u00e4lv, s\u00e5 v\u00e4l som gruppen, och man utvecklas tillsammans. Med dessa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar \u00e4r vi \u00f6vertygade om att du kommer att uppleva den positiva f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring som b\u00e5de yoga och pilates medf\u00f6r vid kontinuerlig praktik. Det \u00e4r ocks\u00e5 det som \u00e4r v\u00e5r mission, att genom regelbunden praktik, bidra till holistisk h\u00e4lsa, som k\u00e4nns och upplevs b\u00e5de i kroppen och i
