Pilates is a form of training all about stability and core. If you have stiff joints or a bad back, a strong core can usually help alleviate your symptoms. In Pilates we also work on mobility and body awareness. By working in precise movements, and with intention, you can strengthen muscles big and small.
This course is for the more experienced Pilates goer. You have a strong foundation and are familiar with the basic principles of Pilates. Your goals are to grow and develop further through adjustments and varied exercises with the help of Pilates equipment.
The course will be taught in English.
